3rd Annual Howl-O-Ween Pack Walk
Costumes, pup cups, plenty of dogs, and a festive group outing designed to give shelter dogs a much-needed break from the kennel while helping them be seen by potential adopters out in the real world.
Come for the costumes. Stay for the dogs. Leave slightly covered in fur.
